Instructions to put in function the gas heater

The photo 1 shows the off-position of the gas heater. In order to put it into function all the valves and the push buttons have to be in position like shown in the photo 2 (on-position).

Further actions at the on-position in order to light the gas therm:

1. Press the push button for 1...5 minutes. Now the gas starts to flow.
2. Hold a fired match inside the gas heater close to the inner gas tube.
3. Keep the push button pressed with the flame burning for e.g. 3 minutes more. Now the flame should stay without pressing the push button.
4. The gas therm is ready for operation.

Before check out, please put back the gas therm into the Off-position.

Trouble shooting:

To point 1: In the case the gas therm was not in use for some while. The time which needs the gas to pressurize the pipes and flow to the gas therm will be longer. It will help to fire the cooking places in order to make the gas flow.

To point 2: In the case the gas therm was started a lot off time the inner gas tube can be clocked by black soot and for this reason the flame will not go on. Please take a tissue and clean a little bit by rubbing the pipe head.

To point 3: In the case the flame goes out without pressing the push button, the push button has to be hold down for more time in order to get to the required set-temperature of the gas therm (first repeat the operations 1 and 2).

To point 4: In order to rise the water temperature the button can be moved to the right position.
